LadiezGetFit@aol.com   I am a personal trainer who goes to peoples homes or they can come to me.  The first hour is for free and then if you want to workout with me at my home it is $35 an hour or if I go to you depending upon your location it will be $45 an hour. I have references if needed. I teach pilates matt and chair, total weight and interval training, yoga, all kinds of dance and learn dance routines.  I was a professional dancer in my earlier years and now want to help all people to get and stay in shape.  As you get older your get stiff and need to stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body to avoid injuries etc. Try me out.
